What is StayGinie?
StayGinie is a property and hospitality services business that turns homes into profitable short-term rentals. We set up, launch, improve and manage stays. You can use one service or hand us the whole journey, from an empty apartment to a managed, earning property.
StayGinie was founded by Adetee Agarwaal, a Superhost who has hosted on Airbnb for over five years. Her listings have earned 600+ guest reviews with a 4.82 average, and three of them hold Guest Favourite status. One 3BHK alone earned ₹13.8 lakh last year. Everything we recommend comes from running real stays, not from theory.

- StayGinie Homes. Our own guest-rated stays in Hadapsar, Pune, both Guest Favourites on Airbnb.
- StayGinie Consulting. A 30-minute Property Clarity call (₹999) tells you whether short-term rental suits your home. A Listing Audit (₹1,999) finds why your listing isn’t converting and gives you a written action plan. Launch with StayGinie (from ₹7,500) takes a new property from idea to first bookings.
- StayGinie Setup. Furniture, styling and installation designed for guests and returns. 1BHK packages start at ₹1 lakh, with Premium from ₹1.5 lakh and Signature from ₹2 lakh.
- Property management. You own the property; we run the stay. That covers pricing, guest communication, check-ins, housekeeping, maintenance and a monthly owner report.
